SARIT Showroom
A low-carbon building to showcase a micro-mobility solution.

A showroom built using Nexii panels features a regenerative micro-mobility solution
Stronach International Inc. (Stronach), an investment management firm with a portfolio of sustainable brands, wanted to further their environmental commitments with a 50,000 sq. ft. showroom in Stouffville, Ontario. With the intent to showcase their Safe Affordable Reliable Innovative Transport (SARIT) micro-mobility solution, it was important that the building reflected the brand's zero emissions framework. Nexii is achieving this vision with approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of our hung cladding wall panels currently under assembly, with ~31% less embodied carbon than conventional construction1.
