Nexiite
Nexiite is our exceptionally hard and fast-drying material used to encase an insulated core and steel frame to deliver a durable exterior and interior commercial wall panel. Our panels provide best-in-class structural, functional and aesthetic characteristics.
Nexiite contains no Portland cement, lime, or ILFI Red List materials, which greatly reduces end-to-end carbon emissions over its entire lifecycle.

With Nexiite at its core, the Nexii panel is a superior wall and roof system. Compared to traditional concrete, Nexii panels are 80% lighter, stronger, more durable and easier to assemble.
Panels are precision manufactured in a sustainable factory with careful attention to quality, testing and finishes, allowing our panels to accommodate a wide range of sizes, facades and design styles. Panels are premanufactured and arrive fully finished for immediate on-site erection.

Manufacturing

Nexii is an integrated partner that works hand-in-hand with Design teams to optimize our system for each project. Panels are designed to specification, with all coordinated MEPs and openings, and include strategically located connections for fast, easy and safe assembly.
Final Assembly
Panel shipments are sent according to project sequencing to enable direct pick-and-place installation. Our team remains closely involved during assembly and actively supports construction efforts through scope completion.
