Nexii constructed this new restaurant located in Abbotsford, British Columbia in less than two weeks, supporting the Popeyes brand’s rapid growth and expansion in Canada. At the time of this build in 2021, Popeyes had completed its 12th restaurants in the province. The new restaurant in Abbotsford is the brand’s first location constructed using building materials and technologies that are significantly more sustainable than those used in traditional construction.
This unique 2,600 SF commercial retail unit resides in the same complex as our Abbotsford buildings and contains 6,653 SF of structural wall and roof panels, reducing the building's carbon emissions by 22%.
